This simple, cheap, and easy-to-prepare summer chiller using Hibiscus flower, lime, and honey is a great natural way to boost your heart, blood, and liver, and may help you lose weight if needed.

These powerful, perennial flowers contain vitamin A, vitamin C, and riboflavin (vitamin B2). They also contain minerals such as calcium and iron.
In addition to lowering blood pressure, some studies have found that hibiscus tea may help improve blood fat levels, which can be another risk factor for heart disease. With heart attacks and strokes becoming a huge worldwide issue over the last 2 years in particular, it's advisable to start thinking logically about why and start taking care of your heart health with what nature can provide.
Hibiscus is rich in powerful antioxidants and may therefore help prevent damage and disease caused by the buildup of free radicals. Studies have shown that these flowers may promote liver health and help keep your liver working efficiently too.
Hibiscus is also high in polyphenols, which are compounds that have been shown to possess powerful anti-cancer properties and could also help protect against bacterial infections.

This magic flower can also help with weight loss and could help protect against obesity for those who consume far too many nasty seed oils that are awash in supermarket foods. These include Vegetable Oil, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, and Sunflower Oil. Check the ingredients in all your supermarket foods to make sure you avoid these at all costs. You will be blown away when you discover them lurking in EVERYTHING.
If you are a bloater right now and can't seem to shift the fat, it's wise to give these oils up completely and only consume oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, tallow, and hemp seed oil.
Adding more, and more nasty seed oils to your daily diet could promote diabetes, and arthritis, and end up causing cancers down the line. Companies stack them in our foods because they are cheap. Their annual profits are way more important to them than your health.

If you love the taste of cranberries, then this delicious, healthy drink is for you. It is tart on the tongue and can be jazzed up with some natural honey and organic lime to taste.
Look after your hearts right now and please share the love by sending this to a friend who may need it.
Thanks to Toby who brought us this hibiscus all the way from Mexico!
